We thought we’d show you round where your Community team live and work and find out about their cities! First up is Manchester and Community Lead Claire Robinson who is based there.
Claire first started at HERE in 2007 as a field analyst. Not much time was spent in the office in her early days, field working and visiting offices across the UK and Europe. In her 12th year at HERE, Claire has seen many dynamic changes to the company and the community mapping initiative grow right from the beginning of Map Creator!
The Manchester office is based on a waterfront location in Salford Quays next to the newly regenerated ‘MediaCityUK’, with one previous location within the Quays and one in the nearby Stockport area of the city. HERE has had a local office here since 1995 (with the first UK Map officially released in 1996) from when some of you will have known us as Navigation Technologies.
